REQUEST FOR INFORMATION VBA Uninterrupted Power Supply and Battery System Maintenance 36C10E23Q0188 Amendment 0001 Please clarify the quantity of batteries. 96 Sec 4.3.1.5 says there are two battery cabinets with 30 batteries per cabinet which should equal 60 batteries. delete #5 of this section then says there are 96 batteries. Correct Section 4.3.1.6 Says, Contractor shall at the end of the contract purchase and install new replacement batteries as part of the close out. Based on B.2 Price/Cost Schedule is this battery replacement supposed to be done in year 1 and priced on 0002 item #? Year 4 . Please see the delivery date in the Delivery Schedule. Is the emergency Parts and Labor line shown on Item 0003 designed to only cover year one of the contract? All years. This is a Not to Exceed amount for emergencies so therefore will be utilized only for emergencies. What happens if repairs and issues arise during the option years? See above I hope you are aware that is unit is end of life and needs to be replaced. Units are only 7 years old. Our last one lasted 22 years Could you please provide the S/N of the UPS Systems so we can get pricing on the spare parts list. UPS-A, M17H1A0007 and UPS-B M17H1A0008
