The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, plans to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to ScriptPro Inc. for servicing the ScriptPro pharmacy robotic dispensing system at the Baton Rouge Outpatient Clinic from June 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. The contract includes three additional one-year option periods under NAICS code 811210, covering full maintenance support with parts and labor to ensure the system operates continuously around the clock, every day of the year. The sole-source justification cites that ScriptPro Inc. is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the agency’s requirements for this specialized service. This notice serves as an intent to sole source rather than a solicitation for quotes; however, interested parties may submit capabilities statements by May 21, 2026, to demonstrate their ability to provide these services, although the government retains discretion on whether to compete the contract. Responses must be detailed and sent via email only, and registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required. If no viable alternative providers respond, negotiations will proceed exclusively with ScriptPro Inc. The contract incorporates clauses allowing the government to extend services and terms if necessary.
