The Department of Veterans Affairs' VHA Regional Office Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, plans to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Par Excellence Systems, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer responsible for previous services at the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC).
