Contractor shall provide a detailed response to include your firm s ability, capability, and responsibility for delivering the services presented in this Sources Sought Notice. Contractors shall provide if they plan to sub-contract all or part of the work, and to what firm to include the subs duns number and business size. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
