Page 2 of 2 Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to award a sole source award to Integrated Business Solutions Group under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other supplies will satisfy the Agency s requirement. The proposed procurement is to provide system support and maintenance for the Anatomic Pathology Specimen Tracking System (LabLion). Contractor support personnel will have appropriate LabLion System certifications and possess system expertise to troubleshoot and repair LabLion System software and hardware. The period of performance will be for one base period plus four option years. The NAICS code is 621511 Medical Laboratories with a size standard of $41.5M This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. However, interested sources may submit a capability statement to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 2:00pm EST on November 27, 2023.
