STERIS is committed to delivering high-quality products and services, and performance expectations are incorporated within our standard terms and conditions. These terms include warranties covering parts and workmanship, providing assurance regarding the reliability and performance of STERIS equipment and services. Additionally, STERIS offers remote monitoring capabilities through our Total Care Connect program. This service enables proactive equipment oversight and supports performance optimization and issue identification throughout the term of the applicable agreement.
