Only responses submitted via email to Tiara.White@va.gov with the specified subject line will be accepted, and all submissions must be received by 8:00 a.m. EST on July 20, 2026. No telephone inquiries are permitted, and while non-BD vendors may submit written notice of capability, the government retains full discretion to proceed as planned or modify its intent based on responses.
