Work shall be performed in accordance with the construction drawings and the VA Final Bid Specifications. A Pre-Bid Site Visit is tentatively projected for 15 September 2026 at 2:00PM EST and Potential Bidders are required to RSVP by no later than 12:00PM EST 7 September 2026 via email to quentin.norvell@va.gov. The definitive Site Visit Date will be published within the formal Solicitation. Attendance of the Pre-Bid Site Visit is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. It is the responsibility of the Potential Bidder to confirm receipt of RSVP.
