In response to the Sources Sought, interested Contractors shall submit the following information and any Capabilities/Qualifications Statement to include but not limited to an overview of proposed solution(s) and a description of the product your company possesses in accordance with the Statement of Work draft / Salient Characteristics List. Responses to market research table questionnaire shall be submitted. If this information is not provided, then it will be assumed the entire requirement cannot be met.

Maintenance and Inspection Activities: Perform routine checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer s guidelines. Inspect and clean all components of the Thermo Fisher Excelsior Tissue Processor, Thermo Fisher REVOS Tissue Processor, Thermo Fisher HM 340E Microtome, Thermo Fisher SlideMate & Thermo Fisher PrintMates Brand Name or Equal To. Check for any leaks, corrosion, or wear and tear, and repair or replace parts as necessary. Verify the proper functioning of control systems and safety features. Test the Thermo Fisher Excelsior Tissue Processor, Thermo Fisher REVOS Tissue Processor, Thermo Fisher HM 340E Microtome, Thermo Fisher SlideMate & Thermo Fisher PrintMate Brand Name or Equal To performance and ensure it meets the specified operational standards. Calibrate all instruments and sensors to ensure accurate readings. Must provide documentation and shall include detailed descriptions of the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures performed, including replaced parts required to maintain the equipment in accordance with the specifications. Must provide within fifteen calendar days after award date, but not later than performance of the first servicing of equipment, the Contractor will furnish two (2) copies of its preventive maintenance procedures manuals which will be used during the preventive maintenance services of this contract to the Contracting Officer Representative. The contractor shall perform electrical safety measurements on all equipment under this contract in accordance with manufacturer s specifications. Scheduled Maintenance: Develop and provide a detailed maintenance schedule outlining all preventive maintenance activities to be performed, including recommended intervals. Notify the Pathology and Lab s Contracting Officer Representative at least one week in advance of any scheduled maintenance visits. Emergency Services: Provide emergency maintenance services outside of scheduled maintenance visits as needed.
