NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to STRYKER SALES, LLC 1901 Romence Rd, Portage MI 49002 for the ProCare Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement Plan (warranty) for a base year with a performance period 02/01/2025 01/31/2026. This contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), (Only One Source). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees.
