STATEMENT OF NEED Main Kitchen Oven Repair

INTRODUCTON:
The Facilities Management Services at James A. Haley VA has a requirement to repair the Oven in the Main Kitchen.
BACKGROUND: We had Vender Clark Service Group come and inspect the Oven. They found that the unit was not holding heat. Upon further inspection, the bottom motor and wheel need replacement. PURPOSE: To repair the Oven in the main Kitchen.
SCOPE: Replace the Bottom Moter, wheel and all components directly associated with replacing the motor and wheel (Gaskets, Nuts, bolts)
PLACE OF Delivery: Facility Maintenance POC Joe Cannon x107878 or Daniel Holdridge x107610
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Contractor Check In: The Vender will contact POC when arriving to perform repairs
Recurring Federal holidays currently established are:

PARKING POLICY: Parking information is available from the VA Police. It is the responsibility of the Contractor personnel to park only in designated parking areas. The VA shall not invalidate or make reimbursement for parking violations of the Contractor's personnel under any circumstances.
BADGES: All Contractor personnel are required to wear VA identification (ID) badges during the entire time they are on the VA grounds. Temporary VA l.D. badges shall be obtained from the SPD located on the ground floor. VA l.D. badges shall be returned at the end of the day or on completion of the service.
