JACKSON STREET GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT

JACKSON STREET GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT FOR CITY OF ALEXANDRIA   Separate sealed bids for, JACKSON STREET GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT, will be received by the City of Alexandria at the city council meeting chambers, Alexandria city hall, Alexandria, Louisiana, until 10:00 AM CST CDT, Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Instruction to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bonds, Drawings and Specifications and other contract Documents may be examined at the following location:   MONCEAUX – BULLER and ASSOCIATES, LLC 610 Desoto Street       Alexandria, LA. 71301   Hard copies may be obtained at the offices of MONCEAUX – BULLER and ASSOCIATES, LLC, 610 Desoto Street, Alexandria, LA. 71301. Any BIDDER or Non-Bidder. Upon obtaining CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will require a deposit of $350. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Bid requirements and conditions.    Electronic copies may also be obtained from www.CentralBidding.com.   Any BIDDER or Non-Bidder. Upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS in their entirety promptly and in good condition within 14 days of receipt of bids will be refunded their deposit of $350.   All Bidders shall be licensed in the classification of Municipal and Public Works Construction as prescribed by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors.   A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Base Bid is required.  The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of Total Base Bid.   Pre-Bid Meeting:   A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 11, 2026 at 10:00a.m. at the offices of MONCEAUX – BULLER and ASSOCIATES, LLC, 610 Desoto Street, Alexandria, LA. 71301.       Address for Postal Delivery: City of Alexandria Donna Jones, City Clerk P.O.
