This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 127EAX27Q0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for all equipment, labor, materials, tools, and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to perform the required road rehabilitation on the designated National Forest roads in accordance with the specifications, and bidder’s technical proposal which is incorporated by reference. The work consists of, but is not limited to, installing erosion and sedimentation controls (E&S Controls),  traffic control, ditch work, repairing/replacing/placing new guide rail, removing existing culverts, installing new culverts, milling and overlaying existing asphalt, full depth replacement of asphalt, full depth asphalt spot repairs, asphalt shoulder repairs, line painting, constructing accessibility features, and placing and compacting road base and driving surface aggregate.  


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310  The small business size standard is $45M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
