(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item / commercial construction services being procured in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All clauses may be viewed in the entirety at www.acquisition.gov. A copy of this combined synopsis solicitation is included as a PDF attachment to this posting for your convenience.

(ii) The solicitation number 140P6226Q0008 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

(vi) The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking quotes for repair of a water service line for James A. Garfield NHS in Mentor, OH. The quote shall be a single line item for the repair based upon the information provided in the attached statement of work.
