James Monroe Elementary School Fencing, Shade, and Painting Project

The James Monroe Elementary School Fencing, Shade, and Painting Project is a facility improvement initiative managed by Santa Rosa City Schools located at 2567 Marlow Rd, Santa Rosa, California.
