Additionally services for technical data support, engineering support, maintenance support, and test cell support for the sustainment of the F118-101 Engine system and associated hardware is included in the award. All contract items were solicited on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Orders may be issued against this contract for a base period of five (5) years with a potential option period of three (3) years plus an additional potential option period of two (2) years. The total period of performance shall not exceed ten (10) years. All orders will be Free on Board (FOB) Origin and inspection and acceptance (I&A) at Origin. Actual prices will be specified on individual orders issued under this contract. The maximum estimated contract value for the five-year base period only is $84,961,099.05.
