Janitorial and Building Services

Virginia Housing is soliciting proposals under RFP VH-10082026 to establish a contract for janitorial and building services at the Southwest Virginia Housing Center in Wytheville, Virginia. The scope of work includes monthly janitorial and grounds maintenance, semi-annual carpet cleaning and window washing, annual floor stripping and finishing, and as-needed salt and ice melt application. Award selection will be based on a determination of the best proposal, considering both price and qualifications. Key administrative terms include a 30-day payment cycle, a requirement to retain records for five years after final payment, and a 30-day window for Virginia Housing to identify non-conformance after service acceptance.
