Global Affairs Canada (GAC) consist in a network of 178 Diplomatic and Consular Missions located in 112 Countries. The Consulate General of Canada in Sydney, Australia, requires Janitorial and Commercial Cleaning Services.The Mission is located on the 5th and 6th floors of a high rise tower. The interior area of the Mission is approximately 1,500 m2 (approximatively 1,250 m2 of carpeted floors and approximatively 250 m2 of uncarpeted floors) plus an additional area of 150 m2 of outdoor terrace space. The Mission is comprised of two reception/waiting rooms, approximately 25 enclosed offices and approximately 15 cubicles, a boardroom, a multi-purpose room, a small staff lounge, 4 small rooms, a mailroom, 8 washrooms (3 with showers), 3 kitchenettes, 1 full kitchen and adjacent terraces.Detailed floor plans will be provided at the contract award.Duration of contract: (2023-06-01) to (2025-05-31)
