Janitorial Services Contract – Chickasawhay Ranger District

This contract is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services at the Chickasawhay Ranger District Office located at 968 Highway 15 South in Laurel, Mississippi, with a base performance period from February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and three option years extending through December 31, 2029, contingent upon funding availability. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561720, reserved exclusively for small business concerns, including HUBZone and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and is to be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis.
