Janitorial Services - Emergency Coordination Center

The Unified Fire Authority is soliciting proposals under RFP 2026-06 for comprehensive janitorial services at the Salt Lake County Emergency Coordination Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The contract covers a 39,432 square foot secure public safety facility, with services required five days a week. The scope includes routine cleaning of administrative offices, emergency operations rooms, and specialized areas, with a specific requirement to use manufacturer-approved, non-ammonia, non-abrasive products for ballistic glass and HEPA filtration vacuums. The contractor must implement a documented quality control program and maintain the capacity to provide additional support during facility activations, severe weather, or biohazard incidents.
