Invitation to tender 01B46-22-054Janitorial Services: Fredericton Research and Development CentreTenders for the project indicated above, will be accepted at the following address, up to the tender closing date and time indicated below: aafc.escprocurement-cseapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.caScope of Work:Provide Facility Cleaning Services for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) at the Fredericton Research and Development Centre located in Fredericton, Ne Brunswick. The Contractor must supply all supervision, labour, consumable materials and cleaning equipment.Site Visit:It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Fredericton Research and Development Centre, 95 innovation road, Fredericton, NB on August 24, 2022. The site visit will begin at 10AM (ADT).Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared nonresponsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.Tender Period Closing Date and Time: September 9, 2022 at 02:00 pm (EDT).Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below.
