Duration of contract: 2023-03-01 to 2024-02-29Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: NoAgriculture and Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) Indian Head Research Farm located in INDIAN HEAD, Saskatchewan requires janitorial services to provide Enhanced Cleaning, in addition to Regular Cleaning services. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.There will be a Mandatory Site Visit at the Indian Head Research Farm located in Indian Head, Saskatchewan, at 10:00 am on January 10, 2023. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.Written questions will be received by AAFC @ aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca and zack.flamont@agr.gc.ca until 12:00 p.m., local Saskatchewan time, January 18, 2023. Submissions will be received by AAFC @ aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca and zack.flamont@agr.gc.ca until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, January 24, 2022. Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFP.
