Duration of contract: (2023-05-01) to (2024-04-30)Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: NoAgriculture and Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) Swift Current Research and Development Centre located in SWIFT CURRENT, Saskatchewan requires janitorial services to provide Enhanced Cleaning, in addition to Regular Cleaning services. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO REVIEW THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.There will be a Mandatory Site Visit at the Swift Current Research and Development Centre located in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, at 10:00 am on March 9, 2023. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.Written questions will be received by AAFC @ aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca and zack.flamont@agr.gc.ca until 12:00 p.m., local Saskatchewan time, March 16, 2023. Submissions will be received by AAFC @ aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca and zack.flamont@agr.gc.ca until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, March 28, 2023. Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFP.
