The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with Epsilon Systems Soltions, CAGE: 1SWQ1 for a Fixed-Price contract. This procurement is for a quantity of one (1) Trailer, Oxygen Servicing, NSN 3655-01-513-4318, P/N 1SWQ1-ESS37-0001, for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) E-2D Hawkeye program. The item is a mobile gaseous oxygen servicing trailer used to store, transport, and dispense oxygen in support of aircraft maintenance and servicing operations.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” for this action.
