The following is a partial list of the applications considered to be with the scope of this SOW; The GPO Deposit Accounts (online application) The GPO Express Credit Card system (FEK) The GPO Enterprise Credit Card System (ECC) The objectives are as follows: To provide a resource for onsite bug fix sustainment operations To provide a resource for onsite maintenance of GPO applications To provide on-site expertise and analysis to support critical operations DESCRIPTION OF WORK Provide on-site expertise and analysis to support critical operations In the event of critical system failure or critical bug fix scenarios the contractor will provide support and key knowledge for deployed applications. This technical information is in-depth knowledge of these critical systems. Provide a resource for onsite maintenance of GPO applications The GPO applications require maintenance to maintain peak efficiency and to adhere to GPO policy regarding sustainment.
