JBLM Catholic Priest Services

The contractor is responsible for providing a fully qualified, ordained Catholic Priest endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, to deliver all religious services required at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, including regular and special Masses, sacraments, and confessions, in full alignment with the teachings and protocols of the Roman Catholic Church and the AMS Priests’ Manual. The Priest must have faculties granted by the AMS Archbishop and will act as the sole authoritative subject matter expert on all Catholic matters at the installation, even without military authority, advising government chaplaincy personnel and ensuring compliance with Army Regulation 165-1, Army Pamphlet 165-18, and local installation policies. All services, staffing, equipment, supplies, and logistical support are the contractor’s responsibility, except for government-furnished property and services.
