A signed, non-negotiable Base Agreement is required for all participating organizations. Solicitation # 70CNR-S4044
Solicitation 70CNR-S4044 is a request for proposals issued by the State of Nevada Purchasing Division on behalf of the Nevada Division of State Parks to establish a turnkey, contractor-owned, and contractor-managed public Wi-Fi solution for designated campground areas. The primary objectives are to improve visitor experience, enhance public safety, and increase access to digital resources while minimizing state costs. The selected contractor will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the service, including system design, equipment procurement, installation, internet backhaul, monitoring, maintenance, and eventual equipment removal. The contract is intended for an initial three-year term with two optional one-year extensions, with an estimated start date of March 10, 2027. Evaluation is based on the best interest of the state rather than the lowest price, with a five percent preference given to Nevada-based businesses. Contractors must meet stringent insurance requirements, including Technology E&O and Cyber Liability, and adhere to strict billing deadlines to avoid stale claim penalties. Submissions are due by November 3, 2026, via the NevadaEPro system.
