At that time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly read aloud via Zoom Video Conferencing at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85411295976?pwd=NEUWr2O2f2jfkbc8yJklYJaahJCGOp.1 Meeting ID:854 1129 5976 Passcode:297998 This bid includes the following Work: All materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to reconstruct Runway 18/36 at the Johnson County New Century AirCenter (IXD). Work includes site preparation involving approximately 122,210 CY of excavation and 8,052 CY of off-site borrow; installation of approximately 158,500 SY combined aggregate base course and 147,000 SY of PCC pavement; 177,200 SF of pavement marking; and drainage improvements. The project also includes installation of approximately 113,200 LF combined electrical cabling, new signage, and 100 acres of seeding and mulching. Alternative work, if approved, will include: (1) constructing a new run-up apron for Runway 36 with installation of approximately 5,700 SY of aggregate base course, 5,600 SY of PCC pavement, 2,300 SF of pavement marking, and 1,700 LF combined electrical cabling; (2) rehabilitating Taxiway L lighting with approximately 9,210 combined electrical cabling and new signage; and (3) seal coat Taxiway A and F with installation of approximately 80,000 SY of asphalt surface treatment and 24,500 SF of pavement marking.
