The City of Los Angeles (City) through its Economic and Workforce Development Department (EWDD) and the “Subrecipient”, 11:11 Projects (11:11), are seeking a qualified and experienced project and construction management service provider (Service Provider) to provide project and construction management services for the Scope of Services listed below. EWDD and 11:11 reserve the right to cancel this RFB. It is expected that the Service Provider will be selected no later than June 22nd, 2026 and a Contract/Agreement between the Subrecipient and the Service Provider entered into as soon as June 26th, 2025. All agreements related to this RFB are subject to EWDD’s General Manager’s approval.PROGRAM OVERVIEW:The Program seeks to increase economic development and growth in areas that have been historically underinvested, including the revitalization of commercial corridors by improving curb appeal and eliminating blight.
