Full Description

The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract under solicitation number H92240-16-Q-1004 to Patriot 3 Inc.,10941 Houser Drive, Fredericksburg, VA, 22408-2453. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR Subparts 12 and 13 for products and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority cited in FAR 13.106-1(b). The proposed action is for replacement parts and repair services for Jet Boots diver propulsion systems. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339920 with a size standard of 500 employees. The delivery period is within 30 days of receipt of the items for repair. The anticipated award date is on or around 15 December 2016. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
