Pricing for most fuels is based on a fixed five-year markup over the verified daily terminal price, while liquid propane requires a fixed price for the initial 12 months. Contractors are required to comply with US ASTM and national fuel quality standards, and delivery drivers must carry spill kits at all times. Invoicing for orders exceeding 15,000 dollars must be processed through IPP.gov, while smaller orders will be handled via Government Purchase Card.
