The contract awards the design-bid-build construction of a two-story Battle Staff Training Facility for the Third Marine Expeditionary Brigade at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, Guam, with comprehensive site improvements including reinforced concrete foundation, exterior walls, flooring, roofing, mechanical, electrical, emergency power, and information systems engineered to meet Guam’s seismic and environmental conditions in alignment with Unified Facilities Criteria.
