This will be a new Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement for Commercial Support Services where individual Orders will be placed against it in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.403. The Base Agreement has no funding associated with it but lays out the Terms and Conditions and Pricing applicable to any Orders placed against it. The purpose of this contract is to provide the 24 Centers Support Services.
