The Trustees of the California State University will receive electronic sealed bid proposals from prequalified contractors via the CSUBUY system, for furnishing all labor and materials for General Contractors B License Contracts, at the above-named campus. Electronic sealed bid proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, Friday, August 14, 2026, in accordance with the contract documents, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read via Zoom Meeting (meeting instructions below). The bid must be submitted on the Bid Proposal Forms provided by the University, completely filled out, and in a sealed envelope. This Notice to Contractors is for the award of four (4) General Contracting JOC’s which are competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contracts. The Trustees reserve the right to award additional agreements as needed. The individual JOC agreements awarded under this solicitation will have a minimum total contract value of $0.00 and a maximum total contract value of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) with the ability to extend up to Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00). The term of the contract will be twelve (12) months unless the maximum value of the contract is achieved prior to the completion of the contract term. The contract term will not exceed 365 days from the date of the Agreement Notice to Proceed. The Contract scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. It is awarded to the “Contractor” for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The University issues discrete, fixed-price task or job orders, as needed, under the contract. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work.
