This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide general contractor services via Job Order Contracting for an indefinite quantity construction contract pursuant to which the contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual projects at different locations and facilities under the jurisdiction of TxDOT. General contractors will be required to provide labor, materials and equipment for facility maintenance and repairs or specific projects, including but not limited to renovations, electrical, commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, wastewater systems, roofing, masonry and concrete services. Selected contractors under this solicitation will be required to work with a third-party job order service provider, Gordian.
