This solicitation is for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary RFO 12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information is included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.
Solicitation W9127N26QA072 is for the manufacturing and delivery of seventy-two (72) replaceable tracks to be used for the Submerged Traveling Screens (STS) at John Day Dam. The STS system consists of multiple components to be effectively deployed when re-routing fish downstream. These tracks are made from UHMW Polyethylene. There are two different styles of track made up of three sections, with 12 tracks per section, totaling seventy-two.

The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026.
This solicitation is being issued as a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS Code: 332710 – Machine Shops, with a size standard of 500 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
