TITLE: Audio Visual (AV) Refresh


The purpose of this Sources Sought is for NAVSUP Site Marianas informational/market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation, request for proposal, quotation, or bid, nor a synopsis of a proposed action under FAR Subpart 5.2.


This Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of industry so the government can make informed business decisions. We are seeking responses from industry to include: Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses to include 8(a) firms, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to include Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). All interested parties are highly encouraged to respond. 


Reponses to this Sources Sought announcement will be used by the Government to make business decisions and to inform potential future solicitations. 


1.  Sources Sought Objective


1.1  NAVSUP is seeking firms capable of meeting the requirements found in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The purpose is to identify small business concerns capable of meeting this requirement and interested in submitting a proposal.


2.  Background


The Joint Region Marianas (JRM) requires an Audio Visual (AV) Refresh for Building 200 Flag Conference Room. The objective is to improve the room’s primary display and audio capabilities, provide dependable presentation connectivity for both NIPR and SIPR computers, and integrate these new components with existing government-furnished equipment, such as the secure video teleconference system, camara, and control panels.


3.  Capabilities Statement


3.1.  Please submit a capabilities statement demonstrating the firm’s capability to meet the Draft Performance Work Statement attached to the Sources Sought, including a short narrative of your experience with designing, to the below-listed points of contact via email no later than close of business, Tuesday, 25 August 2026. Limit responses to two pages.
