This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) for information and planning purposes only.  NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Pentagon Directorate, Philadelphia Office’s intent for this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources in support of Joint Staff, J6 to provide the following services: research and development (R&D) and operation and maintenance (O&M) support services that are to be provided to the Deputy Director, Cyber and Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C5) Integration (DDC5I), Joint Staff (JS) J6, Department of War (DOW), in support of the JS Coalition Interoperability and Assurance Validation (CIAV) Team, led by the JS CIAV Chief.



Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).  



This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. This announcement is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.



The current requirement is being satisfied by General Dynamic Information Technology, Inc., under Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type order N0018921F3017 of Seaport contract N0017819D7693. The order contained a base period of performance of a Base year, four (4) Option years, and a six-month Option.



The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541330. Responses to this Sources Sought/RFI request shall include the following information in this format:



 1. Cover Sheet: - Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address - Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.  Also identify the company’s Business Size for the applicable NAICS Code.



 2. Capability statement displaying the contractor’s ability to provide the services as well as past performance information if available. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last 5 years. Please also include in past performance information the contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance for each contract referenced in the response to this Sources Sought/RFI.



3. Include any other information the company considers relevant to this notice.



Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed four (4) pages and are to be in no less than 10 font size. The Cover Sheet is not included of the page limit.
