The Contractor shall provide complete laundry and linen services for the Jonathan M. Wainwright VA Medical Center (JWVAMC). Services include all labor, supervision, management, transportation, equipment, chemicals, supplies, and facilities necessary to perform full-service textile processing for JWVAMC located at 77 Wainwright Dr. Walla Walla, WA 99362.


The Contractor shall furnish management, labor, transportation, pick-up and delivery services, tools, materials, vehicles, facilities and equipment required to perform laundry services for the JWVAMC.


The Contractor shall pick-up dirty linen and delivery clean linen twice a week on Monday and Thursday, excluding federal holidays between 0800 and 1530 Pacific Time.
Turnaround time for all standard linen shall not exceed 72 hours from pickup to delivery.


All chemicals must be appropriate for healthcare linen and compliant with safety standards.Emergency turnaround (24–48 hours) shall be available upon request


JWVAMC owns all linen and garments.


Weekly average is between 6,000 - 9000 pounds per week.
