AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 26, 2023 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Correctional Services Canada (CSC) intends to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor (GC) for treatment plant network and SCADA upgrades at the Joyceville Institution in Kingston, Ontario. The Contractor must complete the Work within seventy (70) weeks. There will be an mandatory site visit on August 24th, 2023, at 11:00 AM EDT; please note that advance registration with the Contracting Authority is required.
