This solicitation is being amended to extend the deadline for submissions to 16 Jun 2026 by 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST) and revise the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  The revisions to the PWS are highlighted in yellow.  All offerers must address Block 11 of the SF-30.


Responses to questions are attached to this notice.
