Full Description

MAXIMO CRK4BN Project is to design and build new recreational pavilions for the JTF Barracks Housing Complex to replace a temporary pavilion in-between 2101, 2102, and 2103 as well as an outdated pavilion 1401RP. Each pavilion will be steel construction with a standing seam metal roof. Each pavilion will be installed on a concrete pad with picnic tables and built-in charcoal cooking grilles. Illumination at each pavilion will be through the use of a solar powered system (PV system) and LED lights. Currently, personnel living within the Barracks complex are required to purchase a grill for outdoor cooking, and due to the limited time personnel are assigned to these housing units, there are many abandoned and rusted grills.
