The Province requires court transcription services for various court proceedings in Alberta. Transcript Management Services, which is a part of Court and Justice Services' Strategic Business Services, provides services throughout Alberta, including transcription services for all levels of court, and provides copies of transcripts to the private sector and to the public at a pre-established rate. The Province intends to enter into Contracts with Proponents who have proven their ability to provide the required court transcription services and have been pre-qualified through this Pre-Qualification Request process.
