The Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Single Family Housing is utilizing a non-competitive procurement process under FAR 6.302-1 to extend current Asset Manager services. This modification is specifically designed to provide closing and reconciliation services for properties that had ratified contracts as of May 31, 2021. Because the funding obligation for these properties occurred on the date of assignment prior to June 1, 2021, no additional funding is required for this extension. The extension allows contractors to finalize and reconcile properties across a wide range of geographic regions through June 30, 2021. These regions encompass numerous contract areas spanning the eastern, central, and western United States, as well as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam. The action is managed by the Atlanta Operations Branch under NAICS code 531390.
