AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is seeking a lead marketing and advertising creative agency that allows for appropriate campaign planning, creative development, and execution of key marketing activities that supports its mandate. The lead agency will be expected to provide strategic campaign direction, develop creative strategy and managing production, collaborating with Agency of Record for advertising activities, offering strategic oversight and advice, etc. Other services that the lead agency is expected to provide, but not limited to: “advertising creative strategy, production, and trafficking”, and “strategic marketing advice and development of non-advertising tactics”.
