This request is for one ultra microbalance to be used to measure particulate matter in a temperature and humidity controlled cleanroom, in accordance with the required specifications. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration.
