AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 15 December 2023 at2 pm EST. All bids submitted after 2 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Great Lakes Basin (GLB) Network operates an active sampling station (Point Petre-PPT) located in Prince Edward County, Ontario at 324 Point Petre Road, Milford, Ontario. The site was established in 1991 with the construction of a lab, computer data shed, and house. The lab building is used to store sampling media in refrigerators, prepare sampling equipment for field use, preparing completed samples for shipment to contract labs, receiving and sending equipment and supplies to program partners, and storing critical equipment. Due to the age of the building currently used as a laboratory at 324 Point Petre Road, Milford, ON, the building requires demolition and will be replaced with an office container. The Shipping Container Office must include office furniture and all other components identified in the Statement of Requirement in Annex “A” must be delivered in Milton Ontario. The Mandatory Technical Criteria are listed in Annex C. All deliverables must be received on or before 29 March 2024.
