Environmental Sensors K8D10-240462Christopher Harvey Telephone No.: (519) 671-2396Christopher.harvey@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) measures nutrient (phosphorus, nitrate and silicate) concentrations in various waterbodies to quantify the transport of nutrients within the water column to support ECCC science activities to assess i) prevention of pollution of waterbodies and ii) assess carbon and nutrient fluxes in Canada’s freshwaters. Given that several important sites are located in remote areas, or cannot be accessed year round, ECCC is moving toward deployable buoy systems to provide improved data collection frequency. To that end, ECCC requires the supply and delivery of one (1) buoy mountable, self-contained phosphate sensor, one (1) buoy mountable, self-contained nitrate sensor, and one (1) buoy mountable, self-contained silicate sensor for integration into existing AXYS Buoy systems. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2023-11-14 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
