This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W913E518Q0004 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511, which has a size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement to purchase BRAND NAME - Kaarta Stencil Kit: one (1) Platform Agnostic LiDAR Sensor with Integrated Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) ready to mount on an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or vehicle. This is a brand name requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(B)(1). A brand name justification has been attached to accompany this posting. Quotes not offering the brand name items will be considered technically unacceptable.
