KARDEX MEGAMAT RS350 VERTICAL CAROUSEL MODULE, OR EQUAL

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of Kardex Megamat RS350 Vertical Carousel Module w/17 Carriers, or Equal for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in    Glynco, GA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 70LGLY26QGLBB00015.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provision and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS Code is 333922, and small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.

In response to this combined notice, vendors will be required to submit the following information on company letterhead or business stationary directly to the Contracting Officer by the date and time established for receipt of quotes.

6. The clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
7. System for Award Management (SAM). By submission of a quote, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through https://www.sam.gov.

1. Contract Type. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award will be presented to the vendor who can provide the best value to the government and delivery.
